Are you looking for a venue in Mont-Tremblant to organize a meeting, training session, workshop, conference or networking activity?

Espace Mont X provides its facilities free of charge to organizations and members of the entrepreneurial ecosystem for eligible events. Flexible and fully equipped, our space can accommodate different types of professional activities.

The space includes:

  • Several possible configurations (theatre, U-shape, classroom, cocktail, etc.) for approximately 50 people
  • Large-screen television and presentation equipment

All reservations begin with the request form. Once it has been completed, our team will contact you to confirm availability and guide you toward the space best suited to your needs.

Depending on your needs, you can reserve:

  • a workstation in the collaborative space;
  • a private office;
  • the meeting room;
  • the event space.

Yes. Espace Mont X is accessible to people with reduced mobility. If you have specific needs, please let us know so that we can properly prepare for your arrival.

Espace Mont X is located at 5080 Montée Ryan in Mont-Tremblant, halfway between downtown and the mountain. Free parking is available on site.

Workspace

Yes. You can make calls or participate in virtual meetings from Espace Mont X.

However, to maintain a pleasant working environment for everyone, we ask that you use one of the private offices if you plan to participate in several online meetings, make several calls or speak for an extended period. Private offices are available by reservation, subject to availability.

Yes. If someone accompanies you to work at Espace Mont X, they will also need to complete the reservation form so that we can plan the available spaces.

To meet with a colleague, client or partner, reserve a private office or the meeting room, depending on your needs and availability.

Spaces must be cleared at the end of each reservation so that they are ready for the next users.

If you need to leave equipment on site for a short period, contact our team. Storage options may be available, subject to availability, for a fee.

Yes. Free parking is available on site, including charging stations, and high-speed Wi-Fi is accessible to all Espace Mont X users.

Our team can suggest available equipment and applicable rates based on your event.

Yes. You can bring food or use a caterer.

We simply ask that you let us know in advance and leave the space clean at the end of your event.

Yes, but certain conditions apply. Depending on the type of event, a reunion permit from the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (RACJ) may be required.
